关于中外政府行政管理体制及改革的对比思考

摘　　要：行政管理体制改革是我国整体改革至关重要的环节。国内一些学者就我国的行政管理体制改革发展历程、存在的问题、主要目标、基本经验、路径选择等方面的研究取得了一定的成果。本文就我国的行政管理体制改革一些方面与国外进行对比,从中找出行政管理改革的理论、改革历程、改革目标和路径选择及方法的一些差异,然后进行概括与总结和对下一步研究进行了展望。The reform of administrative system is the key link in the overall reform of our country. Some scholars have made fruitful achievements in the research on the development course, main objectives, existing problems, basic experiences and path selection of the reform of China’s administrative system. This article only compares some aspects of our country’s reform of the administrative system with those of other countries to find out the differences between the theory of the reform of the administrative management, the course of the reform, the objectives and path choices and the methods of the reform, and then summarizes and studies the next step prospects.
