摘  要:新加坡双语政策生成于种族多元的独特历史境域,在实践的过程中秉持语言平等宗旨不断进行动态调整,在经济社会发展、民族和谐共生中取得了巨大的现实成效,成为推动族群认同、文化认同和制度认同的强大辅助性存在。半个世纪以来,新加坡双语政策构建国家认同积累了许多经验,并在铸牢中华民族共同体意识、塑造细化包容性教育设计、基于需要进行动态调整等方面,对我国双语政策和民族工作极具启发意义。Singapore’s bilingual policy is generated in the unique historical context of ethnic diversity. In the process of practice, it constantly adjusts dynamically in accordance with the purpose of language equality. It has achieved great practical results in economic and social development and national harmonious coexistence, and has become a powerful auxiliary existence to promote ethnic identity, cultural identity and institutional identity. For half a century, Singapore’s bilingual policy has accumulated a lot of experience in building national identity. It is of great enlightening significance to China’s bilingual policy and national work in terms of shaping the consciousness of the Chinese nation community, shaping and refining inclusive education design, and dynamically adjusting based on needs.
