摘  要:当前我国处于学习型社区建设的初级阶段,社区教育成果显著,为构建学习型社会奠定了基础。但由于财政投入有限、教育资源不足、社区教育发展地区不平衡,社区组织管理松散等原因,我国学习型社区发展层次仍需提升。未来我国学习型社区发展应该着重于优化社区教育资源、提升居民自主学习精神、建立高效管控体制、促进城乡社区教育协同发展等,力求实现学习型社区的可持续发展。At present, China is in the primary stage of learning community construction, and community education has made remarkable achievements, which has laid the foundation for building a learning society. However, due to limited financial investment, insufficient educational resources, unbalanced regional development of community education and loose management of community organizations, the development level of learning community in China still needs to be improved. In the future, the development of learning community in China should focus on optimizing community education resources, improving residents’ autonomous learning spirit, establishing an efficient management and control system, promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural community education, and strive to achieve the sustainable development of learning community.
