“双一流”建设背景下高校提升自主办学能力的路径探究

摘　　要：“双一流”建设聚集办学质量与中国特色,要求高校进行有选择、有新性、有特色的办学,那么高校就需要提升自身自主办学能力。本文针对高校自主办学能力的提升提出优化路径——首先高校应明确发展方向,确定自身特色,依托优势资源实现学校特色发展;其次高校应逐渐的去行政化,重新定位高校与政府的关系;最后引入市场机制参与高校管理中,探索并建立良性的高校运作机制。The construction of “double first-class” focuses on the quality of running schools and Chinese characteristics, and requires colleges and universities to run schools with choice, novelty and characteristics. Therefore, colleges and universities need to improve their ability to run schools independently. This paper puts forward the optimization path for the improvement of the independent running ability of colleges and universities. First, colleges and universities should make clear the development direction, determine their own characteristics, and rely on superior resources to achieve the characteristic development of colleges and universities. Secondly, universities should gradually de-administration and reposition the relationship between universities and the government. Finally, market mechanism is introduced to participate in the management of colleges and universities to explore and establish a benign operation mechanism of colleges and universities.
