摘 要:经济全球化让国与国之间的联系越来越紧密,跨国公司以国际市场为导向,多元文化的存在充实了其原有的文化内涵,而新进文化也使原有社会发生了改变并打破了之前的平衡。基于不同的文化背景、价值观念和宗教信仰的跨国合作经营企业将面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,跨国企业的发展也直接影响着两国的经济层次和社会文化的进步。因此,企业的跨国经营是利用优良的国际资源增强经济实力的必由之路,实施恰当的跨文化管理方法是跨国企业成功经营的根本保证。Economic globalization has made the connection between countries more and more closely. Mul-tinational corporations are guided by the international market. The existence of multiculturalism has enriched their original cultural connotations, and the new culture has also changed the original society and broken the previous balance. Multinational cooperative enterprises based on different cultural backgrounds, values and religious beliefs will face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The development of multinational enterprises also directly affects the economic level and social and cultural progress of the two countries. Therefore, the transnational operation of the enterprise is the only way to use the excellent international resources to enhance the economic strength, and the implementation of the appropriate cross-cultural management method is the fundamental guarantee for the successful operation of the transnational enterprise.
