基于专业认证探索创新型应用人才培养

摘　　要：在专业认证大背景下,依托武汉科技大学金属材料工程专业的建设任务,以创新型应用人才培养为目标,从搭建创新实验平台、开发创新实验内容、改革创新实验评价体系等方面进行了探索,也对教师创新能力提出了要求。实践表明,基于专业认证的建设,有利于激发学生学习兴趣和提高学生的实践动手能力,有利于培养出高素质创新型应用人才。Under the background of professional certification, relying on the construction task of metal material engineering major in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, aim at cultivating innovative applied talents. The exploration is carried out from the aspects of building innovation experiment platform, developing innovation experiment content, reforming innovation experiment evaluation system, and also puts forward requirements for teachers’ innovation ability. Practice shows that the construction of professional certification is conducive to stimulating students’ learning interest and improving their practical ability, and is conducive to cultivating high-quality innovative application talents.
