跨文化视角下中西饮食文化的差异

摘  要:随着全球经济的高速发展,国家间的文化交流愈加频繁,使得跨文化交际在世界范围内的发展如火如荼,同样的各国家的文化差异也表现出来了,而饮食文化作为文化的重要一部分,在文化交际过程中,也会阻碍跨文化交际的顺利展开。文章在跨文化交际视角下从中西方国家饮食观念、饮食内容、饮食方式、烹饪方式及餐桌礼仪等方面进行对比,分析其差异存在的原因,旨在更好的了解彼此饮食文化的博大精深和差异,促进跨文化交际更加顺利的进行。With the rapid development of the global economy, cultural exchanges between countries have become increasingly frequent, leading to the development of cross-cultural communication in full swing worldwide. Similarly, cultural differences among different countries have also been manifested, and dietary culture, as an important part of culture, can also hinder the smooth development of cross-cultural communication in the process of cultural communication. From the perspective of cross-cultural communication, this paper compares the dietary concepts, content, eating methods, cooking methods and table manners in Chinese and Western countries, analyzes the reasons for the differences, aims to better understand the differences and differences of each other, and promote the smooth progress of cross-cultural communication.
