“砼”文化融入建筑类院校思想政治教育的路径研究

摘　　要：“砼”文化是一种孕育于校园文化,依托于党团组织平台,产生于建筑专业学子学习和社会实践过程中的一种专业特色精神。通过将砼的可塑性、和易性性质贯彻到育人过程之中,潜移默化的达到培育德技双馨建筑人才的育人效果,从而使学生养成不惧艰险,吃苦耐劳的优良作风,为其在社会上从事建筑行业奠定良好的职业素养与责任感,最终实现思想政治教育的育人目的。本文通过浅析“砼”文化对高校建筑专业学子的思想政治教育的育人效果,以期可以给高校推进专业化思想政治教育提供一个创新性发展的思路。“Concrete” culture is a kind of professional characteristic spirit conceived in campus culture, re-lying on the platform of the Party and league organization, produced in the learning and social practice of architecture students. By the concrete plasticity, and easy nature to the education process, osmosis to cultivate virtue xin construction talent education effect, so that the students develop not fear, bear hardships and stand hard work of fine style, for its construction industry in the society to lay a good professional quality and sense of responsibility, finally realize the goal of ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the educational effect of “concrete” culture on the ideological and political education of the students majoring in architecture in colleges and universities, in order to provide an innovative development idea for promoting the professional ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
