中埃职业教育合作背景下鲁班工坊建设的成效与挑战

摘　　要：埃及鲁班工坊是中非职业教育合作的质量标杆,是中埃两国基于政府、经济与社会需求的推、拉力共同作用的成果。经过多年努力,埃及鲁班工坊在推动中埃民心相通、促进中资企业对外投资、建立职业教育国际合作的中国品牌方面发挥了重要作用;同时,也对埃及改革职业教育体系、加快本土师资培养、提高毕业生就业率产生积极影响。面对来自机构内、外部和国际竞争者的挑战,中埃两国需充分利用中非合作论坛框架下的中非职业教育合作机制,加强职业教育国际合作的顶层设计,调动各利益相关者的积极性,共同推动鲁班工坊在非洲职业教育领域的发展。Luban Workshop Egypt is a quality benchmark of China-Africa vocational education cooperation, which is the result of the joint action of push and pull of China and Egypt based on government, economic and social demands. After years of efforts, Luban Workshop Egypt has played an important role in promoting people-to-people exchange between China and Egypt, promoting foreign investment by Chinese enterprises and establishing a Chinese brand for international cooperation in vocational education. At the same time, it has also had a positive impact on reforming the vocational education system in Egypt, accelerating the training of local teachers and improving the employment rate of graduates. Facing challenges from within this institution, from outside and from international competitors, China and Egypt still need to make full use of the China-Africa vocational education cooperation mechanism under the framework of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, strengthen the top-level design of international cooperation, and mobilize the enthusiasm of various stakeholders to jointly promote the development of Luban Workshop in the field of vocational education in Africa.
