摘　　要：英国金融革命是英国经济史上一个具有划时代意义的事件。其源起于17世纪一系列政治领域的变革之中,英国金融革命的具体表现在英格兰银行的建立以及随之形成的现代银行体系形成、公债体系的诞生、股份公司的兴起和股市的发展、税收制度改革等方面。英国金融革命通过建立现代化的财政制度和金融体系显著推动了英国经济的进步,为英国的崛起及其世界霸权的最终确立奠定了基础。The Financial Revolution in England was aepoch-making event in economic history of Britain. Originating from a series of political reforms in the 17th century, it was manifested in the establishment of the Bank of England and the consequent formation of the modern banking system, the birth of the public debt system, the rise of joint-stock companies and the development of the stock market, and the reform of the tax system. By establishing a modern fiscal system, the Financial Revolution in England contributed significantly to the progress of the British economy and laid the foundations for the rise of Britain and the eventual establishment of its world hegemony.
