摘 要:随着课程思政改革的深入推进,做好课程思政的教学效果评价对于进一步发挥好专业课与思政课的协同育人作用具有重要意义。本文以经管大类专业核心课程《管理学概论》为例,基于生师互动视角,通过问卷调查对课程思政的教学效果和影响因素进行了研究,发现互动过程中学生的体验感受对课程思政的教学效果具有乘数效应。研究结果为同类课程的思政教学效果持续提升提供了借鉴和思路。With the deepening of ideological and political education reform in the curriculum, it is of great significance to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum, in order to further leverage the collaborative educational role of professional courses and ideological and political courses. This article takes the core course Introduction to Management in the major of economics and management as an example. Based on the perspective of student-teacher interaction, a questionnaire survey was conducted to study the teaching effect and influencing factors of ideological and political education in the course. It was found that the experience and feelings of students during the interaction process have a multiplier effect on the teaching effect of ideological and political education in the course. The research results provide reference and ideas for the continuous improvement of ideological and political teaching effectiveness in similar courses.
