摘 要:目前,我国农村地区有数以百万计的教师。农村教师队伍不仅庞大,而且担负着极其重要的任务。近年来,社会各界对乡村教师越来越重视,特别是要注重农村师资队伍的建设与培训。通过各方面的努力,使乡村教师的总体质量和业务能力有了明显的提升,但由于不同农村地区的资源和教育环境不尽相同,存在许多不利因素和局限性。因此,目前不同地区都有不同程度的乡村教师专业发展支撑体系建设。本文基于相关理论,通过分析乡村教师的职业发展现状,从多个层面分析其职业发展的内在含义,并在此基础上,结合现有专业发展支持系统的不足,研究建立面向专业发展的UGS互动系统的对策与建议。At present, there are millions of teachers in the rural areas of China. They bear an extremely im-portant task. In recent years, all walks of life have paid more and more attention to the rural teacher’s professional development. Through the various efforts, the overall quality of rural teachers has been significantly improved. But still there are many unfavorable factors and limitations due to the different resources and educational environment in different areas. Therefore different regions have established different levels of rural teachers’ professional development support system. This paper, based on the relevant theories, analyzes the current status of career development of rural teachers and the internal meaning of their career development from multiple levels, and studies the countermeasures and suggestions for establishing the UGS interactive system of professional development combined with the shortcomings of the existing professional development support system.
