摘  要:本文聚焦父母教养倦怠问题,分析当下父母教养倦怠的因素,探究教养倦怠对家庭的影响以及应对方式。采用叙述性综述的方法,从家庭视角出发,从社会人口统计学、子女因素、父母稳定特质等方面进行分析,父母教养倦怠影响因素表现为教养方式不恰当与认知失衡等方面,影响孩子人格、学业等方面的发展。提出在家庭视角下父母应如何预防与应对教养倦怠的措施:通过重塑教养观念,营造良好家庭氛围,以身作则关注自身心理健康,与家校密切沟通等方式,减少教养倦怠的发生。This article focuses on the issue of parental burnout, analyzing the factors that contribute to it in contemporary society and exploring its impact on families as well as coping strategies. Employing a narrative review approach, the analysis is conducted from a family perspective, considering aspects such as sociodemographic factors, children’s characteristics, and parental stability traits. The study finds that parental burnout is influenced by factors such as inappropriate parenting styles and cognitive imbalances, which can affect children’s personality and academic development. Measures are proposed for parents to prevent and address burnout within the family context, including reshaping parenting beliefs, creating a positive family atmosphere, modeling healthy behaviors, paying attention to their own mental health, and maintaining close communication with schools and families.
