摘　　要：第十三届全国人大四次会议表决通过了“十四五”发展规划,《规划》中提到全党全社会的思想自觉和理论自信进一步增强,文化事业和文化产业更加繁荣。红色文化的传承与弘扬成为社会文化发展的重要课题。摄影作为一种独特的艺术形式,以其直观、生动的视觉语言,成为传承红色文化的重要载体。文章旨在探讨新媒体时代摄影技术传承红色文化的积极作用,以及如何助力红色文化传播,分享其实践路径及效果,以期为红色文化的传承与发展提供新的思路和方法。The Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National People’s Congress voted to adopt the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” development plan, which mentioned that the ideological consciousness and theoretical self-confidence of the whole party and the whole society had been further strengthened, and that the cultural undertakings and cultural industries had become more prosperous. The inheritance and promotion of red culture have become an important topic of social and cultural development. As a unique art form, photography, with its intuitive and vivid visual language, has become an important carrier for the inheritance of red culture. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the positive role of photography technology in passing down red culture in the new media era, and how to help red culture spread, and Share its practice path, with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the inheritance and development of red culture.
