红色文化融入高职院校学生公寓路径研究

摘　　要：文章探讨了高职院校如何通过搭建红色文化实践平台、制定相关政策和制度,以及建立工作队伍等方式,将红色文化有效融入学生公寓,并建立起长效机制以确保其持续发展。文章详细阐述了红色文化融入公寓的具体措施,包括开展红色文化社会实践活动、建立红色文化宣传体系、整合利用红色教育资源、创新教育模式和方法等,并提出了建立责任分工、考核机制以及工作队伍的具体方案。这些措施旨在通过公寓这一生活空间,将红色文化教育融入学生的日常生活中,以此锤炼学生的品质,培养他们的历史使命感和社会责任感。同时,通过长效机制的建设,确保红色文化在学生公寓中的持续传播和深入发展。This paper explores how higher vocational colleges can effectively integrate red culture into student apartments through the establishment of red culture practice platforms, the formulation of relevant policies and systems, and the establishment of a working team, and establish a long-term mechanism to ensure its sustainable development. The article elaborates on specific measures for integrating red culture into apartments, including conducting red culture social practice activities, establishing a red culture propaganda system, integrating and utilizing red educational resources, and innovating educational models and methods. It also proposes specific plans for establishing responsibility assignments, assessment mechanisms, and working teams. These measures aim to integrate red culture education into students’ daily lives through dormitory spaces, thereby honing their qualities and cultivating their sense of historical mission and social responsibility. At the same time, through the construction of a long-term mechanism, we ensure the continuous dissemination and deep development of red culture in student dormitories.
