摘 要:探讨中学生心理学形象与其专业性心理求助态度以及城乡来源的调节作用,为乡村和城镇心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用问卷法对185名在校中学生进行调查,所回收数据利用SPSS25.0进行统计分析,得出:(1) 较低年级、家庭收入较高、与心理学接触较多的中学生对心理学形象有较高评价;(2) 城乡来源对于中学生心理学形象与其专业性心理求助态度关系的调节作用显著。对来源于乡村的中学生而言,专业性心理求助态度随着心理学形象评价的升高而显著提升;对来源于城镇的中学生而言,心理学形象的评价并不能显著预测专业性心理求助态度。结果揭示了心理学形象对于其专业性心理求助态度的正面影响,提示了在响应国家政府对心理健康建设的号召时,注重提升乡村(尤其是偏远地区)中学生心理健康的同时,也要加强城镇中学生心理健康的有效建设,特别是青春期是中学生身心发育、性格培养的关键时期,影响其专业性心理求助态度的障碍更应该得到关注。In order to provide a theoretical basis for rural and urban mental health education, the present study explores the relationship among the image of psychology, professional mental health help-seeking attitudes and urban or rural sources. 185 middle school students were surveyed, then the collected data were analyzed with SPSS25.0. Results are below: (1) Middle school students with a lower grade, higher family income and more contact with psychology have a higher evaluation of psychological image;(2) A key moderation effect of urban-rural background on the relationship between the image of psychology of middle school students and their professional mental health help-seeking attitudes is evident. For rural students, their professional mental health help-seeking attitudes have significantly increased with the higher evaluation of the image of psychology;while for urban students, the evaluation of the image of psychology does not significantly predict their professional mental health help-seeking attitudes. The results reveal the positive impact of the image of psychology on professional mental health help-seeking attitudes, highlighting the importance of enhancing the mental health of rural middle school students (especially remote areas), while also strengthening the effective mental health development of urban middle school students when responding to the government’s call for mental health promotion. In particular, adolescence is a critical period for the physical and mental development and character formation of middle school students, and obstacles affecting professional mental health help-seeking attitudes should be attached.
