摘  要:促进高等院校专业教育与劳动教育的有机融合,全面提升学生的劳动素养,已经成为高等院校教育教学研究和实践领域新的热点问题。本研究以高等院校餐饮管理类专业课程为基础,整合人才培养方案中劳动教育元素最突出的若干课程和实验实训项目,通过课程融合、资源整合、导师引导、实践实训的劳动项目设计,探索理论培养与实地实训互为补充的劳育教学模式。Promoting the organic integration of professional education and labor education in colleges and universities, and comprehensively enhancing students’ labor literacy, has become a new hot topic in the research and practice of higher education teaching. This study takes the courses of food and beverage management in colleges and universities as the foundation, integrates several courses and experimental training projects with the most prominent labor education elements in talent training programs, and explores a labor education teaching model that complements theoretical training and on-site training through the teaching project design of course integration, resource integration, mentor guidance, and practical training.
