新时代加强高校思想政治教育队伍建设的路径探析

摘　　要：教育是国家的根本大计和党的核心任务。面对新时代背景下的新情况和新问题,高校思想政治教育队伍需要不断发展和创新,以适应时代的需求,更好地完成其历史使命。但是,从当前的情况来看,促进高校思想政治教育队伍高质量发展的过程中还面临着一些的现实问题,如队伍流动性与稳定性之间的矛盾、辅导员队伍配备数量与质量之间矛盾、职业素养与培养体系之间的矛盾等问题,亟需探索积极有效的发展路径,致力于解决思想政治教育队伍建设中存在的问题,并紧跟时代步伐,不断优化高校思想政治教育队伍的建设路径,进一步强化大学生的思想政治教育。Education is the fundamental plan of the country and the core task of the party. In the face of new situations and new problems in the context of the new era, the ideological and political education team in colleges and universities needs to continue to develop and innovate to meet the needs of the times and better fulfill its historical mission. However, from the current situation, there are still some practical problems in the process of promoting the high-quality development of the ideological and political education team in colleges and universities, such as the contradiction between the mobility and stability of the team, the contradiction between the quantity and quality of the counselor team, and the contradiction between the professional quality and the training system. It is urgent to explore a positive and effective development path, to solve the problems existing in the construction of the ideological and political education team, and to keep up with the pace of the times, constantly optimize the construction path of the ideological and political education team in colleges and universities, and further strengthen the ideological and political education of college students.
