摘 要:20世纪90年代末积极心理学从美国兴起,以蓬勃发展幸福人生为价值追求,倡导个体心理繁荣和最佳体验,对推动大学生全面发展有着积极的启示和作用。积极心理学主要包括积极自我理论、积极视角理论、积极体验理论和社会支持系统理论。面对当代大学生全面发展的实质要求和现实困境,积极心理学能够以积极人格、积极心态和积极体验为大学生全面发展提供稳定内核、内在动力和实践路径。积极心理学应用于大学生全面发展中的具体路径可以从积极人格塑造、积极情绪体验和积极环境打造,开展幸福教育、生命教育和自我接纳教育,引入积极体验式教育模式,引导大学生进行积极自我教育等等方面展开。In the late 1990s, positive psychology emerged from the United States, taking vigorous development of a happy life as the value pursuit, advocating individual psychological prosperity and the best experience, which has positive enlightenment and role in promoting the all-round development of college students. Positive psychology mainly includes positive self-theory, positive perspective theory, positive experience theory and social support system theory. In the face of the essential requirements and realistic difficulties of the all-round development of contemporary college students, positive psychology can provide a stable core, internal motivation and practical path for the all-round development of college students with positive personality, positive mentality and positive experience. The concrete ways of applying positive psychology to the all-round development of college students include positive personality shaping, positive emotional experience and positive environment building, implementing happiness education, life education and self-acceptance education, introducing positive experiential education mode, guiding college students to carry out positive self-education and so on.
