医学类职业院校大学生肺结核防治知识素养现状与提升策略研究

摘　　要：医学类职业院校大学生作为未来医疗健康工作者,他们的肺结核防治知识水平直接关系到医疗服务的质量和效率。通过问卷调查、访谈及文献回顾等方法对医学类职业院校大学生的肺结核防治知识素养进行研究,提出肺结核防治宣传的提升策略,以期为校园肺结核防控工作提供科学依据。研究发现,医学类院校大学生的肺结核防治知识素养偏低、学校肺结核防治知识宣传力度不够系统,还发现肺结核防治知识宣传与社会生活的紧密联系、肺结核防治宣传形式具有年龄趋向性。研究认为,可通过加强院校学生身体素质锻炼、调动学生学习肺结核防治的积极性、扩大学校肺结核防治知识的宣传普及范围、加强院校和校外组织的合作宣传、加强社会媒体对肺结核防治的线上宣传普及等途径提升大学生的肺结核防治素养。As future medical and healthcare workers, college students of medical vocational colleges and universities, their knowledge level of tuberculosis prevention and control is directly related to the quality and efficiency of medical services. Through questionnaire survey, interview and literature review, the knowledge literacy of tuberculosis prevention and control among college students in medical vocational colleges was studied, and improvement strategies of tuberculosis prevention and control publicity were proposed, with a view to providing scientific basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis on campus. The study found that the knowledge literacy of TB prevention and control among college students in medical colleges and universities was low, the publicity of TB prevention and control knowledge in schools was not systematic enough, and it also found that the publicity of TB prevention and control knowledge was closely related to social life, and the form of publicity of TB prevention and control had an age tendency.
