浅析隐性教育在中学思想政治教育中的应用及其实现路径

摘  要:目前,我国中学阶段的思想政治教育主要采用显性教育方式,但是随着时代不断推进,隐性教育的应用越来越受到人们的重视。隐性教育可以凭借其浅隐性、长效性、感染性等特点,积极引导具有叛逆和反抗心理特征的中学生培养良好的思想道德素养,迎合了新时代中学生思想行为发展规律、有效弥补了显性教育的不足,拓展了中学生思想政治教育途径、促进了中学生德智体美劳全面发展。因此在实践教学中,要树立正确教育理念、充分发挥校园文化环境的陶冶作用、发挥新媒体的教育力量、优化实践活动,充分利用隐性教育方式深化中学思政教育。At present, ideological and political education in middle schools in China mainly adopts explicit education methods, but with the changing times, the application of implicit education is increasingly valued by people. Implicit education can actively guide middle school students with rebellious psychological characteristics to cultivate good ideological and moral qualities, catering to the development laws of middle school students’ thoughts and behaviors in the new era, effectively compensating for the shortcomings of explicit education, expanding the ways of ideological and political education for middle school students, and promoting the comprehensive development of middle school students’ morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills. Therefore, in practical teaching, it is necessary to establish correct educational concepts, fully leverage the nurturing role of campus cultural environment, exert the educational power of new media, optimize practical activities, and fully utilize implicit education methods to deepen ideological and political education in middle schools.
