摘 要:城乡教育的交流与融合是我国乡村振兴进程中的重要一步。对于教育市场广阔,教育资源相对落后的农村地区而言,与城市教育体系形成良性互动模式至关重要。针对城市学生赴乡村支教所遭遇的现实问题,本文从后现代主义话语理论的视角出发,采用福柯的话语与权力,布迪厄的话语与资本等理论,梳理当下城市学生赴乡支教面临的话语困境。研究认为,城市支教者面临着缺乏象征性资本、话语类型冲突、主题控制原则的应用等话语困境,以期对支教实践融入乡土、城乡教育的和谐交流提供思考路径。The exchange and integration of urban and rural education is an important step in the process of rural revitalization in China. For the vast education market and relatively backward rural areas, it is crucial to form a mutually beneficial interaction model with the urban education system. Regarding the practical problems faced by urban students, this article starts from the perspective of postmodern discourse theory and uses Foucault’s theory of discourse and power, Bourdieu’s theory of discourse and capital to sort out the current discourse dilemma faced by urban students who go to rural areas to teach. Research suggests that urban volunteer educators face discourse dilemmas such as a lack of symbolic capital, conflicts in discourse types, and the application of theme control principles, hoping to provide a thinking path for integrating volunteer teaching practices into harmonious exchanges between local and urban-rural education.
