摘　　要：课题组测定了岩白菜属4个种及同一种不同部位(根、叶片)的岩白菜素含量,对比了野生种与人工栽培种岩白菜素含量差异,初步探讨了其食用安全性及食用量,研究结果可为岩白菜药用种类的选择提供参考。The content of bergenin in different species of Bergenia moench and different parts of the same species (root and leaf) was determined. The content difference between wild and cultivated species was compared, and its edible safety and consumption were discussed. Our results could provide reference for the selection of medicinal species of Bergenia moench.
