摘　　要：我国正处于社会结构调整、社会转型加快、社会矛盾凸显时期,党对群众的凝聚力和动员力面临新的挑战。随着高校学生党员人数的不断增加,越来越多的大学生递交了入党申请书,积极向党组织靠拢。由于入党积极分子、学生党员人数的增大,高校党建工作面临着新的压力,传统的党员教育方式效果欠佳,使广大学生迷失了递交入党申请书时的理想信念。研究服务功能下的高校党建工作,能为新时期高校学生党建工作提供理论依据。Our country is in the period of social structure adjustment, social transformation speeding up and social contradiction prominent. The party’s cohesion and mobilization force to the masses are facing new challenges. With the increasing number of college student party members, more and more college students submitted the application for Party membership, and actively moved closer to the party organization. Due to the increase of party activists, the number of student party members, party building in colleges and universities are facing new pressures, poor effect of the traditional education of party members, so that the majority of students lose faith when submitting application. Studying the party building work in colleges and universities under the service function can provide a theoretical basis for the party building work of college students in the new era.
