摘　　要：思政课教师专业化建设关系到新时代立德树人根本任务的落实、关系到教师队伍建设改革的成效、关系到高水平人才培养体系的形成。“政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正”体现了思政课教师的专业信念、专业素养与专业伦理的要求,是新时代思政课教师专业化建设的核心内容。新时代高校思想政治理论课教师队伍专业化建设,要以习近平总书记关于办好思政课的重要论述为指导,努力激发教师专业化发展自觉,着力提升教师专业素养,尽快构建专业化教师队伍建设与管理长效机制。The professional construction of teachers in ideological and political courses is related to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing a virtuous person in the new era, the effectiveness of the reform of the construction of the teaching staff, and the formation of a high-level talent training system. “Strong politics, deep feelings, new thinking, broad vision, strict self-discipline, and right personality” reflect the professional beliefs, professional qualities and professional ethics of ideological and political teachers. It is the core content of Ideological and political course teachers’ professional construction in the new era.
