摘  要:在高等教育中开展课程思政是培养社会主义优秀人才的根本保证。本团队拟构建高等医学院校“三联动”式育人模式:教务方面,整合资源设计,构建优质思政教学体系;教学方面,教师引领,实现课内基础医学与思政的融合教学;学工方面,以学生为中心,实现课外思政的实践学习。协同发挥教研室主体功能、学生团委部门思想引领、教务教学部门管理评价三者的作用,全力推进课程思政改革,将课程思政要求和价值引领元素融入到教育教学全过程、全链条之中,让课程思政改革落地见效。Developing ideological and political courses in higher education is the fundamental guarantee of cultivating socialist outstanding talents. The team planed to construct a “three-linkage” education mode in medical colleges and universities. In terms of educational administration, resource design should be integrated to build a high-quality ideological and political teaching system. In terms of teaching, teachers lead to realize the integration of basic medicine and ideological and political teaching in class. In terms of study and engineering, it takes students as the center to realize practical study of ideological and political affairs outside class. Cooperating with the main function of the Teaching and Research Section, the ideological guidance of the Student Youth League Committee, and the management and evaluation of the Teaching Administration Department, we should try our best to promote the ideological and political reform of curriculum, integrate the ideological and political requirements of curriculum and value leading elements into the whole process and chain of education and teaching, and make the ideological and political reform of curriculum effective.
