《公共教育学》课程思政建设路径探析

摘  要:思政元素与公共教育学的有机融合具有现实层面的必要性和政策层面的可能性。公共教育学的课程思政价值体现在:教学目标与“立德树人”的课程思政理念具有一致的内核;理论框架具有鲜明的意识形态和现实针对性;课程内容具有鲜明的思政色彩。参照《中国学生发展核心素养》《关于实施卓越教师培养计划2.0的意见》和《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,公共教育学课程思政体系应培育家国情怀、凸显师德教育、采取迁移式机制以实现教学内容与思政元素的有机融合。公共教育学课程思政建设路径的推进和完善需要学校层面加强顶层设计、建立健全课程思政保障机制;教师层面需转变思想观念、提升育人能力和教学水平;社会层面需营造课程思政的社会支持体系。The integration of ideological and political elements and public Pedagogy has the necessity of re-ality and the possibility of policy. The ideological and political value of public Pedagogy is reflected in the following aspects: Public Pedagogy and the ideological and political curriculum shares the same teaching objective;the framework of the course has ideological and realistic pertinence;The teaching content of the course has obvious ideological and political characteristics. Under the guidance of the document spirit of The Core Literacy of Chinese Student Development, The Opinions on the Implementation of Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0 and the Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Construction of College Courses, the ideological and political system of public pedagogy curriculum should emphasize the cultivation of patriotism, highlight teachers’ ethics and adopt a transfer mechanism. In order to improve the ideological and political level of public Pedagogy, the school should strengthen the top-level design and establish the curriculum ideological and political guarantee mechanism;teachers should change their ideas and improve the level of education;the society should build an ideological and political curriculum support system.
