摘 要:为了提升新时代师范生的实践教学水平,达到以赛促练的目的,师范生教学技能竞赛受到全国各个师范院校的重视。通过整理近三年(2019~2021年)湖南省师范生教学技能竞赛的情况可分析出:竞赛选手在思维、专业基础知识、教学设计和教学方法等方面存在着一些亟待解决的问题,同时竞赛组织工作中也存在竞赛制度、赛点选拔、时间安排与教学辅助等层面的不足。对这些问题进行深入分析,提出选手层面和组织层面提升师范生实践教学水平的建议,并基于此对高校的师范教育进行如下反思:其一,健全师范生教学技能培养,培养优秀教师;其二,加强师范生基础知识学习,提升核心素养。上述问题分析和建议为全面提升师范生实践教学水平的提供了有效策略。Normal colleges and universities nationwide attach great importance to the contest of teaching skills for Normal students, in order to improve their students’ practical teaching level as well as promote practice. From Hunan contest of teaching skills for normal students in the past three years (2019~2021), it can be seen that some contestants have problems in thinking, basic professional knowledge, teaching design and teaching methods. The competition organization also has shortcomings in competition system, match point selection, time arrangement and teaching assistance. These problems are deeply analyzed, and suggestions on improving the practical teaching level of normal students at the level of players and organizations are put forward. Based on this, the normal education in colleges and universities is reflected as follows: First, improve the teaching skills of normal students so as to cultivate excellent teachers. And then, strengthen the basic knowledge of normal students to improve their core quality. To sum up, the problems and suggestions above can provide effective strategies for comprehensively improving the practical teaching level of normal students.
