摘 要:导师组模式顺应了研究生培养的发展趋势,是建设高水平院校的应有之义,又是为社会提供更多的优质人才、顺应时代发展对人才培养的必然要求,有利于提升院校研究生培养质量和研究的综合能力素质,对研究生培养机制改革具有重要意义和作用。应用型研究生培养是军队研究生教育转型发展的主要目标。本文从分析现阶段应用型研究生培养现状出发,重点研究了导师组模式下的“院校 + 部队”应用型研究生培养机制,主要包括坚持院校培养的主渠道、结合部队实践培养应用型人才、完善联教联训机制和构建交叉互动培养体系等,对推动军队人才队伍建设和研究生教育健康发展具有实际应用价值。The mentor group model complied with the trend of the development of postgraduate education, which is the construction of high-level colleges and universities should be, and to provide more high-quality talents for society and keep up with the development of the times inevitable re-quirement of talent cultivation, is conducive to improving the quality of postgraduate education in colleges and universities and the research of comprehensive ability quality, reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism is of great significance and role.
