基于“前店后校、双轨并行”人才培养模式的探索——以大连商业学校商校街为例

摘  要:在当前我国社会经济发展过程中,各行业对于技能型人才的需求越来越大,这对职业院校教育管理活动提出了更高的要求。为此,很多职业院校开始关注自身人才培养模式的创新,由此,“前店后校、双轨并行”的新模式便应运而生。本文以大连商业学校商校街为例,通过阐述其“前店后校、双轨并行”的新型教学形式,来诠释“工学结合”在职业教育中的重要性,以期待为职业院校贯彻工学结合人才培养模式提供一定的参考。In the process of social and economic development in our country, various industries have increased demand for skilled talents, which puts forward higher requirements for vocational college educational management activities. Therefore, many vocational colleges began to pay attention to the innovation of their talent training mode, and thus, the new model of “front-store and back-school, double-track parallel” emerged. Taking the Business School Street of Dalian Commercial School as an example, this paper expounds on the new teaching form of “front-store and back-school, double-track parallel”, and interprets the importance of “combining work with study” in vocational education, hoping to provide some reference for vocational colleges to implement the talent training model of combining work with study.
