摘 要:教育部在《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》中指出:“落实立德树人根本任务,必须将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体、不可割裂。”文章以人力资源管理专业为例,创新定位以一流专业建设为目标,优化人力资源管理专业人才培养方案,明确该专业的“价值塑造、知识传授、专业能力培养”核心内容,并开展数智化教学、实践和管理改革,培养具有社会责任感和数智化的复合型人力资源管理人才。The Ministry of Education pointed out in the Guidelines for the Ideological and Political Construc-tion of the Curriculum of Colleges and Universities: “To implement the fundamental task of culti-vating morality and cultivating people, we must integrate value shaping, knowledge transfer and ability cultivation into one and cannot be separated.” Taking the human resource management profession as an example, this paper takes the construction of first-class majors as the goal, optimizes the training program of human resource management professionals, clarifies the core content of “value shaping, knowledge transfer and professional ability training” of the major, and carries out digital intelligence teaching, practice and management reform to cultivate compound human resource management talents with a sense of social responsibility and digital intelligence.
