摘 要:“十四五”时期,在新工科崛起的背景下,以高校的新工科研究生为主要研究对象,分析了目前高校对其培养存在的问题,并提出了对于创新型新工科研究生培养模式的探索,通过引入微型课程和案例式授课的教学模式,紧跟新时代的发展需求,做好顶层设计和规划方向和目标,激励研究生参与实践,构建产学研一体化和多元化评价体系,对现阶段高校培养创新型新工科研究生具有借鉴意义。During the period of the 14th five-year plan, under the background of the rising of the new engi-neering, taking the graduate students of the new engineering as the main research objects, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the new engineering graduate students in colleges and universities at present, it also puts forward the exploration of the innovative training mode of new engineering graduate students, by introducing the teaching mode of micro-courses and case-based teaching, keeping up with the development needs of the new era, and doing well the top-level design and planning direction and goal, encouraging graduate students to participate in the practice, and constructing the integration of production, teaching and research and multi-evaluation system, which has a reference significance for colleges and universities to train innovative new engineering graduate students.
