摘  要:课程思政、教学模式改革是目前高等教育教学改革的主要方向。本文以“从茶叶中提取咖啡因”为例,详细阐述了线上线下混合式有机化学实验教学模式与课程思政教育相结合的实践与探索过程。该教学实践说明有机化学实验教学改革有利于培养学生自主学习能力、实践能力和创新能力,提升教学质量,有利于更好地达成教学目标和培养目标。The reform of ideological and political courses and teaching models is currently the main direc-tion of higher education teaching reform. This article takes “extracting caffeine from tea”: as an example to elaborate on the practice and exploration process of combining online and offline mixed organic chemistry experimental teaching mode with ideological and political education in the curriculum. This teaching practice demonstrates that the reform of organic chemistry experimental teaching is conducive to cultivating students’ self-learning, practical, and innovative abilities, improving teaching quality, and better achieving teaching and training objectives.
