“新工科”背景下轻工特色高校机械实验室建设探索与实践

摘　　要：“新工科”发展建设背景下,为更好的培养创新意识和实践能力的复合型人才,对接企业需求,文章分析了轻工特色高校机械实验室现状及存在的问题,提出了实验室建设与管理新举措,即引入先进设备和技术建立数字化实验室、建立实验室管理与服务体系、健全实验室安全体系,实现“机–人–环境”三位一体实验室建设新模式。以机械工程学院实验室建设为例,新模式应用推广后效果显著,促进了特色高校人才培养和科研创新的发展。Under the background of the development and construction of “New Engineering”, in order to better cultivate composite talents with innovation consciousness and practical ability, and to meet the needs of enterprises, this paper analyses the current situation and problems of mechanical laboratories in light industry colleges and universities, and proposes a new mode of laboratory construction and management. In other words, it introduces advanced equipment and technology to establish digital laboratory, establishes laboratory management and service system, and improves laboratory safety system, so as to realize the new model of “machine - human - environment” trinity laboratory construction. Taking the laboratory construction of the School of Mechanical Engineering as an example, the new model has been applied and promoted with remarkable effect, which has promoted the development of talent cultivation and scientific research innovation in special universities.
