从颅颌面偏斜浅谈教育中容易被忽略的卫生问题及对策

摘  要:随着“双减”政策的落实和实施,如果提高学生在全面发展的同时,促进学生的身心健康成长成为重要的研究课题,也是对教育卫生学提出了新的要求。教学卫生学不仅要评价教学活动合理与否,也应该把影响学生身心健康成长的不良习惯破除纳入学科内容。以影响学生颅颌面生长发育的不良习惯为切入点,发现日常教学过程中学生存在的卫生问题,分析不良习惯的原因和后果,提出相关改进策略。从颅颌面问题为抓手,分析问题并提出解决建议,不仅有利于提高学生的身心健康成长,同时抛砖引玉将有利于逐步形成教育卫生教育的新课程体系。将成为切实落实“双减”政策的有力抓手,也是教育卫生学学科内容的扩展。With the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy, it has become an important research topic to promote the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health while improv-ing students’ all-around development, which also puts forward further requirements for educa-tional health. Educational health should not only evaluate whether the teaching activities are reasonable or not, but also included breaking the bad habits that affect the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health. Taking the bad habits affecting the growth and development of students’ craniomaxillofacial as the starting point, this paper found the health problems of students in the process of daily studying, analyzed the consequences and related mechanisms of bad habits, and offered relevant improvement strategies. Taking the educational health as the starting point, analyzing the problems and putting forward solutions, and forming a new system of educational health, that is not only conducive to improve the physical and mental health growth of students, but also the expansion of the subject content of educational health. It will become a powerful starting point for the practical implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy, and an important part of the medical education system.
