“双一流”背景下地方高校研究生培养质量提升途径的探索

摘　　要：国家“双一流”建设为地方高校发展带来了机遇与挑战,研究生教育是培养高科技人才的重要途径。文章从地方高校研究生培养面临的挑战和趋势出发,简述了当前地方高校硕士研究生培养困境及存在问题,以湖北汽车工业学院为例,从目标定位、生源质量、培养方式、课程教学、科研平台五个方面,探索了地方高校研究生培养途径,有效促进了研究生培养质量的提升。The national “double first-class” construction has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of local colleges and universities. Postgraduate education is an important way to train high-tech talents. Starting from the challenges and trends of postgraduate training in local colleges and universities, this paper briefly describes the current existing problems of postgraduate training in local colleges and universities, and taking Hubei University of Automotive Technology as an example, explores the ways of postgraduate training in local colleges and universities from five aspects: target orientation, student quality, training mode, course teaching and research platform, which effectively promotes the improvement of postgraduate training quality.
