课程思政视域下高校专任教师数字胜任力研究

摘  要:文章对来自全国26个省、直辖市和自治区的214名高校专任教师进行了问卷调查,以考察其课程思政数字胜任力现状与困境。结果发现高校专任教师的数字化教育教学意识较强,但对于先进数字化工具和技术胜任力较弱;学校的数字化资源匮乏、硬件设备(网络设施不配套)和学生的参与积极性不高限制了其课程思政数字胜任力的提升。The present study conducted a questionnaire survey on 214 teachers of professional courses in college from 26 provinces in China. The results showed that teachers’ digital awareness was strong, but the competence in advanced digital tools and technologies was weak. The result also showed that lack of digital resources in schools, hardware equipment (mismatched network facilities) and the low motivation of students’ participation limited the improvement of digital competence in curriculum thinking and government.
