摘　　要：我国正处于实现乡村振兴战略的重要阶段,产业发展是乡村振兴“三项行动”的关键;人才是产业兴旺的“顶梁柱”。我国高等农林院校针对国家战略和社会需求,在人才培养模式上进行了不断改革。针对黑龙江省农业发展特色,黑龙江八一农垦大学逐步探索和改进研究生产学研联合培养模式,形成了有利于龙江农业经济发展的产学研导向式联合培养策略,对于助力龙江乡村振兴,推进农业农村现代化提供有力的人才保障。China is in an important stage of realizing the strategy of Rural Revitalization, and the develop-ment of rural industry is the key to the “three actions” of Rural Revitalization. High-quality talent is the pillar of industrial prosperity. According to the national strategy and social demand, our agricultural and forestry colleges and universities have reformed personnel training steadily. Being aimed at characters of agricultural development in Hei Longjiang, Hei Longjiang Bayi Agricultural University has formed the Industry-University-Research guided joint training strategy that benefits the economic development of Hei Longjiang by exploring and improving the joint training pattern about Industry-University-Research gradually, which can provide a strong talent guarantee for assisting rural revitalization in Hei Longjiang and promoting modernization of agricultural and rural areas.
