地方高校工科硕士研究生创新创业能力的培养实践与探索——以“油气在线分析与控制工程”方向为例

摘　　要：文章针对地方高校工科研究生教育存在的创新创业能力不足这一突出问题,分析研究国内外高校工科研究生创业创新教育现状,深层次理解了创新创业教育的内涵。结合地方高校特点,特别是我校面向石油、冶金、环保与安全领域办学优势,通过改进人才培养方案、持续更新研究生课程、强化师资队伍建设和导师机制、完善创新创业实验平台等科学优化措施,构建了一套地方工科“研究生创新创业能力”的培养模式和体系,从而实现培养具有较高创新精神、创业素质和创业能力的高端人才。Aiming at the outstanding problem of insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship ability in en-gineering graduate education of local universities, this paper analyses the current situation of entrepreneurship and innovation education for engineering graduate students in universities at home and abroad, and deeply understands the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Combining the characteristics of local universities, especially the advantages of our university in running schools for petroleum, metallurgy, environmental protection and safety fields, we have constructed a set of cultivation modes and systems for “innovation and entrepre-neurship ability of postgraduates” in local engineering disciplines by improving the talent cultivation, continuously updating the postgraduate courses, strengthening the construction of faculty members and tutorial mechanism, and perfecting the innovation and entrepreneurship experimental platform and other scientific and optimization measures, so as to realize the cultivation of high-end talents with high innovative spirit, entrepreneurial qualities and entrepreneurial ability.
