摘　　要：语言表达能力是大学生必备的核心技能,它在学业成绩、求职和职业发展方面具有举足轻重的地位。本文旨在探讨针对大学生语言表达能力培养的教学改革策略。首先,强调了语言表达能力对大学生的重要性,接着分析了大学生在语言表达方面的不足之处,并深入剖析了这些问题的根源。最后,探讨了通过教学改革提升大学生语言表达能力的途径,包括优化课程设置、创新教学方法、加强实践教学、提高教师素质、营造良好的学习氛围、建立科学的评价体系以及培养学生的自主学习能力等。本研究将为高校的教学改革提供有益的借鉴,同时推动大学生语言表达能力的提升。Language expression ability is an indispensable and important ability of college students, which not only plays a key role in their academic performance, but also has a profound impact on their job-seeking and career development. This paper focuses on the teaching reform strategies for the cultivation of college students’ language expression ability. Firstly, it emphasizes the importance of language expression ability to college students, then analyzes the deficiencies of college students in language expression, and then deeply analyzes the reasons for these problems. Finally, the ways to improve college students’ language expression ability through teaching reform are further discussed. Specifically, it includes: optimizing the curriculum, innovating the teaching methods, strengthening practical teaching, improving the quality of teachers, creating a good learning atmosphere, establishing a scientific evaluation system, and cultivating students’ independent learning ability. This study will provide a useful reference for the teaching reform of colleges and universities, and at the same time, promote the improvement of college students’ language expression ability.
