摘 要:借鉴杰弗里•萨克斯的临床经济学思想,从临床经济学的角度看待教育经济学可以帮助我们对这门学科有更为清晰的认识和定位。教育经济学应更多地从教育现实问题出发,提供经济学的解决方案。本文以教育中的激励问题为例,首先从教育经济学的思路进行了解决方案的讨论,接着从心理学、管理学、学校积极领导力等学科的解决方案进行综合分析,并探讨了这些方案在教育激励问题上的各自效果。在这些讨论的基础上,本文还提出了基于现实教育问题的临床社会科学(Clinical Social Science)的思路,从跨学科的角度提供对教育问题的解决方案。Using the clinical economics thought of Jeffrey Sachs for reference, viewing educational economics from the perspective of clinical economics can help us to have a clearer understanding and orientation of this discipline. Education economics should start more from the education practical problems of education and provide economic solutions. This paper uses the incentive issue in education as an example, firstly discusses the solution from the idea of educational economics, and then makes a comprehensive analysis from the solution of psychology, management, school positive leadership and other disciplines, and discusses the respective effects of these solutions on the problem of educational incentive. Based on these discussions, this paper also proposes a Clinical Social Science approach based on real-world educational problems to provide solutions to educational problems from an interdisciplinary perspective.
