新工科背景下劳动教育与工程地质学专业融合研究:以宿州学院为例

摘  要:随着新工科理念的提出,工程教育正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文探讨了在新工科背景下,地质类“艰苦”专业高校学生劳动教育的必要性、现实困境及可行性,并结合宿州学院地质工程专业发展现状,探讨了如何将劳动教育融入工程地质学课程教学。分析认为,通过优化课程设置、加强实践教学、深化校企合作、强化师资队伍建设、完善评价体系等方式,可实现劳动教育与工程地质学专业的深度融合,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的新时代地质人才,切实提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争力。With the introduction of the concept of new engineering, engineering education is facing unprec-edented opportunities and challenges. This paper discusses the necessity, realistic dilemma and feasibility of labor education for students majoring in geology under the background of new en-gineering. Combined with the development status of geological engineering major in Suzhou University, this paper discusses how to integrate labor education into the teaching of engineer-ing geology. The analysis shows that the deep integration of labor education and engineering geology can be realized by optimizing curriculum setting, strengthening practical teaching, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improving the evaluation system, so as to cultivate geological talents with innovative spirit and practical ability in the new era, and effectively improve students’ comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness.
