摘  要:在当前高职院校培养高技能人才的背景下,学生的身心健康和全面发展成为备受关注的焦点。特别是对于乡村家庭困难学生而言,他们面临着来自经济方面的巨大压力,感受到基本生活需求的不确定性和困扰。这种情境往往导致这些学生产生焦虑、担忧和沮丧等心理问题。通过整合心理健康教育和资助育人的实践,有望为学生在高职院校阶段的学业和生活带来更为积极的影响。Under the background of cultivating highly skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, students’ physical and mental health and all-round development have become the focus of much attention. Especially for the students from poor families, they are facing the great pressure from the economic aspects, and feel the uncertainty and confusion of the basic life needs. This situation often leads to psychological problems such as anxiety, worry and depression among these students. By integrating the attention and support of mental health education and financial aid for education, it is expected to bring a more positive impact on students’ study and life in higher vocational colleges.
