后“双减”时代下地方高校师范专业人才培养探究

摘  要:2021年落地实施的双减政策较大程度地冲击了师范生就业,对师范生的教育教学素养提出了更高要求。地方高校师范专业人才培养应正视后“双减”时代面临的新挑战,从提升师范生作业设计技能、信息素养和课后服务能力层面找寻发展机遇。地方高校师范教育应认真审视自身的问题,采取完善课程体系设置、强化实习实训、改良课程教学内容等改革措施提升师范生人才培养质量,助力双减政策,绘制师范专业人才培养后“双减”时代的美好蓝图。The Double Reduction policy, which was implemented in 2021, greatly impacted the employment of normal students. The policy also puts forward higher requirements for the education and teaching quality of normal students. Training of Normal Students in local universities should face up to the new challenges in the post-“double reduction” era, seeking development opportunities by improving normal students’ homework design, information literacy and after-school service ability. Normal education in local universities should seriously examine their own problems, taking reform measures such as improving curriculum, perfecting practice and training, improving and adding curriculum content, to help the policy of “double reduction”, drawing a beautiful blueprint in the post-“double reduction” era.
