摘  要:为培育适应新时代发展的大学生,对高校课程教学改革势在必行。本文总结分析了运筹学当前教学过程中存在的几个显著问题:学生对课程思政的内涵理解不足;课程教学中融入思政元素较难;传统教学模式对学生的吸引力逐渐下降;缺乏有效的课程思政考核机制。为解决上述问题,本文围绕思政元素的挖掘、教师课程思政能力和意识的提升、教学模式的变革、课程考核评价指标的制定等进行深入探索,进一步落实立德树人的根本任务。In order to cultivate college students who can adapt to the development of the new era, it is imperative to reform the curriculum teaching in colleges and universities. This paper summarizes and analyzes several significant issues in the current teaching process of operational research: students’ lack of comprehension regarding the connotation of curriculum ideology and politics;difficulty integrating ideological and political elements into curriculum teaching;gradual decline in attractiveness of traditional teaching mode for students;absence of an effective curriculum ideological and political assessment mechanism. To address these issues, this paper delves deeply into exploring the excavation of ideological and political elements, enhancing teachers’ ideological and political ability as well as consciousness towards curriculum, reforming teaching modes, and formulating indicators for curriculum assessment and evaluation. This will further facilitate the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating individuals.
