摘 要:全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化建设迫切需要掌握扎实理论知识,具备解决实际问题的实践创新能力及良好职业素养的高层次、复合型、实践型农业科技人才。而传统的农业高校园艺专业本科生教育侧重于理论知识传授,学生创新能力严重不足,无法满足乡村振兴战略下现代化农村对创新能力人才的需求。为此,广东海洋大学滨海农业学院园艺系在培育“双师双能”型教师队伍的同时采取了本科生全程导师制因材施教、进驻科技小院了解产业需求、进实验室紧跟科研前沿、寒暑假进企业定岗实习等实践创新能力培养模式,提升园艺本科生实践创新能力,为全面推进乡村振兴战略实施与农业农村现代化建设提供人才保障与智力支持。To comprehensively promote rural revitalization and speed up the construction of agricultural and rural modernization, there is an urgent need to master solid theoretical knowledge, practical innovation ability to solve practical problems and good professional literacy of high-level, compound, practical agricultural science and technology talents. However, the traditional undergraduate education of horticulture major in agricultural colleges focuses on the teaching of theoretical knowledge, and the innovative ability of students is seriously insufficient, which cannot meet the demand for innovative talents in modern rural areas under the strategy of rural revitalization. Therefore, the department of horticulture, college of coastal agriculture, Guangdong Ocean University, while cultivating a team of “double-skilled and double-capable” teachers, adopts a training model of practical innovation ability for undergraduate students, such as whole-course tutorial system, entering small academy of science and technology to understand industrial needs, entering laboratories to keep up with scientific research frontiers, and entering enterprises for internship in winter and summer to improve the practical innovation ability of horticultural undergraduates, to provide talent guarantee and intellectual support for comprehensively promoting the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of agricultural and rural modernization.
