登门槛效应视角下思想政治教育目标的定位研究

摘  要:思想政治教育作为我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,其目标的定位直接影响到教育的效果和价值。在社会快速发展的过程中,思想政治教育受到各种因素的影响,如何根据时代和社会背景设定好思想政治教育目标成为亟待解决的问题。思想政治教育目标的定位要充分利用登门槛效应,以渐进式的目标为导向,注重个体差异性,激发受教育者的内在动机,以最近发展区理论为指导,把大任务拆分成各个小任务,设定好思想政治教育的目标,为提升思想政治教育效果提供理论支持和实践指导。As an important component of China’s education system, ideological and political education’s goal positioning directly affects the effectiveness and value of education. In the process of rapid social development, ideological and political education is influenced by various factors. How to set the goals of ideological and political education according to the era and social background has become an urgent problem to be solved. The positioning of the goals of ideological and political education should fully utilize The Threshold Effect, be guided by progressive goals, pay attention to individual differences, stimulate the intrinsic motivation of learners, and be guided by the theory of the Zone of Proximal Development. The major tasks should be broken down into smaller tasks, and the goals of ideological and political education should be set to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
