摘  要:新时代背景下,中华优秀传统文化融入高校思政课是落实立德树人根本任务,推进中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的根本途径。儒家君子人格思想作为中华优秀传统文化的智慧成果,对我国新时代高校开展育人工作具有指导意义和参考价值。新时代背景下,充分挖掘儒家君子人格思想精髓,把握高校思政课根本任务,应基于二者联系、合理关照现实需求,积极探索新时代高校思政课育人实践路径,利用先进技术为思政课堂注入活力,以知情意行过程为导向提升育人实效,以专业的师资力量为落实立德树人根本任务提供保障,为推动中华文明创造性转化、创新性发展提供有益实践。Under the background of the new era, the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is the fundamental way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue and promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. As the wisdom achievement of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, the Confucian thought of gentleman personality has guiding significance and reference value for the education work of universities in the new era. Under the background of the new era, fully excavate the Confucian gentleman personality essence, grasp the university education courses fundamental task, should be based on the contact, reasonable care realistic demand, actively explore the new era education practice path, using advanced technology for ideological classroom, to know the process-oriented improve education effect, with professional teachers to implement fundamental task, to promote the creative transformation of Chinese civilization, innovative development to provide beneficial practice.
