摘  要:随着高等教育的蓬勃发展,应用型地方高校作为培育契合地方经济与社会需求的高素质应用型人才的关键阵地,其重要性日益凸显。然而,面对技术变革的加速步伐与教育标准的持续提升,教师群体在技术适应性与实践教学能力上的短板成为制约教育质量提升的瓶颈。本文首先深刻剖析了应用型地方高校教师适应技术变革的迫切需求,并揭示了当前教师队伍普遍面临的实践能力不足、技术更新滞后等挑战。在此基础上,本文探索性地构建了教师在快速技术变革环境中的适应性发展蓝图,并详细阐述了通过创新策略强化其实践教学能力的有效途径。旨在为我国应用型高校的教学改革与人才培养模式创新提供理论依据与实践指导,助力高等教育体系更好地服务于地方经济社会的可持续发展。With the vigorous development of higher education, the importance of applied local universities as a key battlefield for cultivating high-quality applied talents that meet local economic and social needs is increasingly prominent. However, in the face of the accelerated pace of technological change and the continuous improvement of educational standards, the shortcomings of the teacher group in terms of technological adaptability and practical teaching ability have become bottlenecks that restrict the improvement of educational quality. This article first deeply analyzes the urgent need for application-oriented local university teachers to adapt to technological changes, and reveals the challenges faced by the current teaching staff, such as insufficient practical ability and lagging technological updates. On this basis, this article explores the construction of a blueprint for teachers’ adaptive development in a rapidly changing technological environment, and elaborates in detail on effective ways to strengthen their practical teaching abilities through innovative strategies.
