摘　　要：当今社会,大学生群体面临着来自学业、就业、人际关系等多方面的压力,心理负荷不断加重。传统的高校心理教育模式在应对这些复杂多变的心理需求时显得力不从心,难以满足学生多样化、个性化的心理健康需求。跨界融合理念存在为高校心理教育过程中遇到的困境进行优势补充的可能性,将高校心理健康教育与跨界融合理念进行关联性探讨,是对高校心理教育方式的创新,也是对跨界融合理念新的可能性探索。文章以新的视角探讨跨界融合理念在高校心理教育中的实践途径,阐述目前高校心理健康教育的困境、跨界融合理念与高校心理教育的理论契合以及跨界融合理念在高校心理教育中的实践路径,分析通过学科融合、技术融合、资源融合等多种方式,提升高校心理教育的质量和效果,以期为高校心理教育的创新发展提供新的可能性。In today’s society, college students are facing pressure from many aspects such as study, employment and interpersonal relationships, and their psychological load is increasing. The traditional psychological education model in universities is unable to cope with these complex and changeable psychological needs, and it is difficult to meet the diversified and personalized mental health needs of students. The concept of cross-border integration has the possibility to supplement the advantages of the difficulties encountered in the process of psychological education in universities. Exploring the correlation between mental health education in universities and the concept of cross-border integration is not only an innovation in the way of psychological education in universities, but also a new possibility exploration of the concept of cross-border integration.
